General Refund Policy

At My Media Kit, we offer a subscription service. Generally, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided except in specific cases outlined below.

Refund Exceptions

We may offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Billing Errors: If an incorrect charge was made due to a billing issue on our end.
  • Card tokenization: After your subscription's first payment is succesful we will refund you your R1 for tokenization.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
